Hefei (/həˈfeɪ/; Chinese: 合肥) is the capital and largest city of Anhui Province, People's Republic of China. A prefecture-level city, it is the political, economic, and cultural center of Anhui. Hefei's transportation is convenient, and it can easily travel to and from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities.

For International participants transferring to Hefei with checked luggage in and need to check-in it again in Being/Shanghai/Guangzhou Airport, it is highly recommended to plan at least 3 hours at Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou Airport for luggage check-in.

There are 20 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from Beijing is at 6:34 and the latest is at 17:09. Ticket price: first-class seat ~800 CNY, second-class seat ~500 CNY.

There are 85 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from Beijing is at 6:01 and the latest is at 19:55. Ticket price: first-class seat ~350 CNY, second-class seat ~200 CNY.
6. High-speed rail from Guangzhou to Hefei:
There are 5 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from Beijing is at 6:31 and the latest is at 15:00. Ticket price: first-class seat ~1000 CNY, second-class seat ~600 CNY.
1. From Hefei Xinqiao International Airport to Crowne Plaza Hefei or BEST WESTERN Premier Hotel
Taxi Guide: Take a taxi for approximately 50 minutes (around 70 CNY).
Bus Route: Take Airport Bus Line 4 to Crowne Plaza Hefei Station, departing every 20 minutes (ticket price: 25 CNY).

Taxi Guide: Take a taxi for approximately 20 minutes (around 25 CNY).
Bus Route: Take Hefei High-Speed Rail Express Line 2 (operating from 06:40 to 17:10) to Crowne Plaza Hefei Station, approximately 55 minutes (ticket price: 15 CNY).

Taxi Guide: Take a taxi for approximately 25 minutes (around 30 CNY).
Bus Route: Take Bus Route 10 from "Hefei Railway Station" to "Wuzhua Tang" station (operating from 07:30 to 22:00, ticket price: 2 CNY).
The conference organizers will provide shuttle buses between Crowne Plaza Hefei and conference venue.
